As part of Stamack’s commitment to cost-control, dedicated teams of finance and construction professionals monitor project costs and identify savings opportunities throughout the project lifecycle by providing some of the following services:

• Examination of field conditions by our expert surveyors prior to commencement of construction to ensure that such conditions are reflected in the contract documents
• Architectural and Engineering “peer review” to achieve optimal design within the project budget
• Identification of any applicable incentive program such as tax abatements, utility savings, low cost-financings and government sponsored grants
• Assisting with financial reporting needs such as cash flow forecasts, cost modeling and depreciation schedules
