As your General Contractor, Stamack Construction can deliver your construction project as a “lump sum” or “cost plus” contract with or without a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). We provide all required site supervision, labor, management, safety, and quality control throughout the project. This delivery option is most advantageous when a client has a complete set of bid documents and has the time for a customary bidding period.
