Construction Management

As your Construction Manager, Stamack Construction will provide pre-construction services to aid in design development and value engineering. We will diligently prepare budgets, strategic logistics plans, pre-purchasing schedules and identify along lead items. We pre-qualify all subcontractors and vendors based on their quality of work, current workload and their experience with the specific project scope. Our staff will prepare and distribute bid packages, level bids, and award contracts to the lowest responsible bidders.

We provide site supervision, labor, management, safety, and quality control through completion and closeout. This delivery option is most advantageous when a client has limited time and budgetary constraints and needs to have the final design and construction operations run simultaneously.
