Management Development Program (MDP)
Our innovative Management Development Program provides recent
graduates with an extraordinary hands-on learning experience, as well as the
benefit of professional and career mentorship by a senior member of Stamack’s
Management Team.
Over the course of 12-months, participants study within the following
departments: i) Estimating, ii) Construction, and ii) Operations / Project
Management. Through these rotations, enrollees gain a solid understanding
of the industry as a whole and of Stamack’s critical operations.
