Project Support Services

In order to deliver optimal project management, Stamack has established the Support Services Team.  We have leveraged the core competencies of our dedicated staff to create specialized departments that provide specific services to guarantee each aspect of a project, from administrative to regulatory, receives the utmost attention.  This network of highly specialized teams collaborate with our construction and management professionals to ensure the smooth trajectory of every construction phase and the successful completion of your project on time and on budget.

Among its comprehensive host of services, the Support Services Team provides the following: 

  • Ensures all project documentation is promptly and concisely processed
  • Ensures projects are current with all DOB fillings
  • Perpetually monitors and updates crucial project information including progress photos, meeting minutes and changes to the Milestone Tracking Schedule, producing client-friendly logs and reports that are communicated by e-mail as well as made available via remote web access
  • Facilitates communication between all project stakeholders particularly during the construction phase
  • Concisely processes change orders to increase subcontractor accountability
  • Manages project documentation to facilitate tasks of construction professionals 
  • Coordinates and assists with all equipment commissioning
  • Assembles subcontractor closeout documents (guarantees, warranties, operations manuals, as-built drawings, etc…)
